FGT Contracts. Each Party shall comply with their respective contracts with FGT and shall not, without the prior written consent of the other, seek or agree to amendments or modifications of any kind to such contracts to the extent such amendments or modifications would negatively affect the Released Capacity. Each Party furthermore agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of each of FGT’s tariffs.

  • SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):

  • Management Contracts The Recipient agrees that from the date hereof until the date on which none of the Infrastructure Bonds, of which the proceeds were used to pay or reimburse the costs of the Project, remain outstanding (the "Agreement Term"):

  • GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS Except as set forth in Disclosure Schedule (3.20), as of the Closing Date, no Credit Party is a party to any contract or agreement with any Governmental Authority and no Credit Party’s Accounts are subject to the Federal Assignment of Claims Act (31 U.S.C. Section 3727) or any similar state or local law.

  • Employment Contracts Neither the Seller nor any Seller Subsidiary is a party to any Contracts for employment, severance, consulting or other similar agreements with any employees, consultants, officers or directors of the Seller or any of the Seller Subsidiaries, except as set forth on Section 2.10(h) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule. Neither the Seller nor any Seller Subsidiary is a party to any collective bargaining agreements.

  • Contracts with Subcontractors a. Grantee may enter into contracts with subcontractors unless restricted or otherwise prohibited in the Contract.
