Child Care Leave (a) An employee who is a natural or adoptive parent shall be granted upon request in writing child care leave without pay for a period of up to thirty-five (35) weeks. The leave may be shared by the parents or taken wholly by one (1) parent.
Xxxxx Care Leave Leave may be granted to any employee, upon request, to care for or to arrange for care for parents of the employee or the employee's spouse.
Family Care Leave In accordance with RCW 49.12 and WAC 296-130, employees shall be allowed to use any or all of their choice of sick leave or other paid time off to care for a family member (as defined above) who has a serious health condition or an emergency condition. Employees shall not be disciplined or otherwise discriminated against because of their exercise of these rights.
Medical Care Leave An Employee who is unable to make the necessary arrangements for maintenance of personal health care outside of scheduled work time, shall be granted time off with pay. Such time off shall not exceed sixteen (16) working hours per calendar year. Hours in excess of sixteen (16) hours per calendar year shall be deducted from the Employee's sick leave accumulation.
Maternity/Child Care Leave A. The Board agrees to provide employees with a child care leave of absence, without pay, as set forth below:

Extended Child Care Leave Upon completion of maternity, adoption and/or parental leave, including any extension to such leaves, a regular employee will be entitled, upon written application, to a leave of absence without pay to care for the child. Subject to Clause 11.3(a), the following conditions shall apply:
Medical Benefits - Prescription Drugs Administered by a Provider (other than a pharmacist) This plan covers prescription drugs as a medical benefit, referred to as “medical prescription drugs”, when the prescription drug requires administration (or the FDA approved recommendation is administration) by a licensed healthcare provider (other than a pharmacist). Please note: Specialty prescription drugs meeting these requirements or recommendations are covered as a pharmacy benefit and not a medical benefit. These medical prescription drugs include, but are not limited to, medications administered by infusion, injection, or inhalation, as well as nasal, topical or transdermal administered medications. For some of these medical prescription drugs, the cost of the prescription drug is included in the allowance for the medical service being provided, and is not separately reimbursed.
PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. When applicable, PayPal’s Buyer Protection program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. PayPal’s original determination is considered final, but you may be able to file an appeal of the decision with PayPal if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process. Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan The Hospital also agrees to make the Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan (HOOVLIP) available to the nurses subject to the provisions of HOOVLIP at no cost to the Hospital.
