Fighters Under Contract Sample Clauses
The "Fighters Under Contract" clause defines the obligations and rights of fighters who are currently bound by an agreement with a promotion or organization. Typically, this clause outlines the exclusivity of the fighter's services, restricting them from competing for other organizations or engaging in activities that may conflict with their contractual commitments. For example, it may specify that a fighter cannot participate in matches, promotional events, or endorsements outside the contracting organization without prior approval. The core function of this clause is to protect the organization's investment in the fighter and to prevent conflicts of interest or contractual breaches, ensuring that both parties understand the scope of the fighter's commitments.
