Registration Procedures; Filings; Information In connection with any Shelf Registration Statement under Section 2.1 or whenever Holders request that any Registrable Securities be registered pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof, the Company will use its best efforts to effect the registration and the sale of such Registrable Securities in accordance with the intended method of disposition thereof as quickly as practicable, and in connection with any such request:
Filing of Financing Statements The Depositor will file financing and continuation statements, and amendments to the statements, in the jurisdictions and with the filing offices necessary to perfect the Issuer’s interest in the Sold Property. The Depositor will promptly deliver to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee file-stamped copies of, or filing receipts for, any financing statement, continuation statement and amendment to a previously filed financing statement.
Activities of BISYS The services of BISYS rendered to the Trust hereunder are not to be deemed to be exclusive. BISYS is free to render such services to others and to have other businesses and interests. It is understood that Trustees, officers, employees and Shareholders of the Trust are or may be or become interested in BISYS, as officers, employees or otherwise and that partners, officers and employees of BISYS and its counsel are or may be or become similarly interested in the Trust, and that BISYS may be or become interested in the Trust as a shareholder or otherwise.
