Filling Vacancies Through Posting. (a) Where a vacancy cannot be filled in accordance with Clause 12.8, the position shall be posted on the union bulletin boards for fourteen (14) calendar days. A copy of the posting will be forwarded to the Union. (b) All job postings shall indicate the classification of the position, qualifications required, assembly point, hourly rate, whether shift work is involved, date of posting, and date of closing. Effective August 30, 2007, the provision of this article will only be applied when the number of regular employees on the payroll reaches sixty-one (61) If the Employer decides to voluntarily fill a vacancy above the regular complement of sixty-one (61), the process contained in this article will be followed.
