Film Production. Cause each of the adult entertainment films identified on Schedule 7.01(p) to be produced and delivered to the Distributor in a condition to enable the Distributor to make reasonably prompt distribution to third parties at a cost not to exceed 110% of the applicable budget, which budget is $65,000 per film, provided that production of all films shall cease immediately upon any breach of Section 7.01(s) (Distribution) or Section 7.03(h) (EBITDA for Entertainment Group).
Film Production. The Parties, recognising the importance of the co-production of films in developing and expanding the film industries of both Parties and the potential for such co-productions to promote understanding and cultural exchanges between the Parties, shall promote co-operation in this area.
Film Production. (a) Bearing in mind that a large Indian diaspora is present in Mauritius and that the Indian media and entertainment industry is well established in Mauritius and desirous to further deepen cooperation in areas of film production, both parties undertake to develop a framework agreement:
(i) to encourage co-production agreement and benefit from the expertise of National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) in areas of capacity building for cast and crew;
(ii) to increase the volume of film productions by local and Indian filmmakers under the Film Rebate Scheme, supported by mutual financial incentives, capacity building and access to technology.
Film Production. The term ‘film production’ refers to film primarily produced to be made available to the general public at the cinema, regardless of recording and storage techniques.
Film Production. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx agrees to act as Executive Producer for each of the film projects of Saint Xxxxx Films, LLC, on an ongoing basis from the date of closing of this Agreement. He shall be responsible for nurturing each project from development through to best possible sale for each project, toward the collective benefit for all involved. His involvement as Executive Producer is an integral condition of this Agreement and shall continue for a minimum period of two (2) years. Xx. Xxxxxxxx agrees, as a further integral condition of this Agreement, to produce not less than five (5) films or movies per year for a period of not less than two (2) years. All parties agree that Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx shall be assigned producer’s credits on any motion picture produced by the company during this period.
Film Production. Paragraph 4.27 of the Disclosure Letter sets forth (a) all of the Films for which the Company participated in the production financing (the "PRODUCED FILMS"), (b) whether or not such Produced Films have been completed and delivered for distribution, (c) the names of the entities providing financing for the Produced Films (the "LENDERS") and (d) whether any obligation remains outstanding and unpaid to any of the Lenders. The Lenders have prepared, delivered and filed, or promptly after the execution of this Agreement shall prepare, deliver and file, any and all papers, reports and termination statements required to evidence release of any interest any Lender may have in any of the Films for which no obligation remains outstanding and unpaid.
Film Production. (a) The Borrower shall produce (or shall cause the Producer to produce) the Film and the Delivery Items in accordance the Budget, the Screenplay, the Production Schedule, and the Cash Flow Schedule, and in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the Sales Agent Interparty Agreement, all Notice of Assignments and the other Loan Documents. The Borrower shall not make or permit to be made (nor permit the Producer to make or permit to be made) any material changes, modifications, or revisions to the Budget, the Screenplay, the Production Schedule, or the Cash Flow Schedule without the express written authorization of the Lender and the Completion Guarantor.
(b) The Borrower shall not make or permit to be made (nor permit the Producer to make or permit to be made) any change in the Budget that would increase, in the aggregate, the amount thereof or any other changes therein without the prior written approval of the Lender, the Completion Guarantor, and any other Person having approval rights with respect to such changes.
(c) The Borrower shall cause the Film and the Delivery Items, as appropriate, to strictly conform to all of the Technical Specifications and Non-Technical Specifications.
(d) The Borrower shall (subject to extension for delays due to Events of Force Majeure, Events of Essential Element Force Majeure and/or exigencies of production and/or other extensions as approved by Completion Guarantor) cause the Producer to complete principal photography of the Film in accordance with the Production Schedule.
(e) The Borrower shall cause the Film and the Delivery Items to be produced in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the Sales Agent Interparty Agreement, all Notice of Assignments and the other Loan Documents.

Film Production. Subject to the prohibitions in Section 5(k) and (l), Grantor retains the right to use, and to permit other parties to use, the Easement Property for temporary film and photography-related uses, including but not limited to, the filming and staging of movies, television shows and commercials, photo shoots and still photography, and related uses in accordance with the requirements of the RWMP and the ESA Permit, and following the ESA Permit term, provided that all film production activities are conducted in a manner consistent with the RWMP and with preservation of the Conservation Values of the Easement Property.
