Common use of Final Certification Clause in Contracts

Final Certification. On or before one year following the Closing Date, the Indenture Trustee shall cause the Custodian to deliver to the Seller, the Representative, the Depositor, the Note Insurer, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer a Final Certification in the form attached as Exhibit E-2 to the Custodial Agreement evidencing the completeness of the Mortgage File for each Mortgage Loan, except as specifically noted on a schedule of exceptions thereto.

Final Certification. On or before one year following the Closing Date, the Indenture Trustee shall cause the Custodian to deliver to the Seller, the Representative, the Depositor, the Note Insurer, the Indenture Trustee Mortgage Loan Seller and the Servicer a Final Certification in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E-2 to the Custodial Agreement evidencing the completeness of the Mortgage File for each Mortgage Loan, except as specifically noted on a schedule of exceptions thereto.

Final Certification. On or before one year following the Closing Date, the Indenture Trustee Custodian shall cause for the Custodian to benefit of the Noteholders deliver to the Seller, the Representative, the Depositor, the Note Insurer, the Indenture Trustee Trustee, each Noteholder and the Servicer a Final Certification in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E-2 to the Custodial Agreement E-3 evidencing the completeness of the Mortgage Home Loan File for each Mortgage Home Loan, except as specifically noted on a schedule of exceptions thereto.
