Final Contract Price. 3.2.1 The Final Contract Price of an A319 Aircraft will be the sum of:
(i) the Base Price of the A319 Airframe, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A319 Aircraft in accordance with the Seller Price Revision Formula;
(ii) the price of any SCNs for the A319 Aircraft entered into after the date of signature of this Agreement, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A319 Aircraft in accordance with the Seller Price Revision Formula;
(iii) the Reference Price of the A319 Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such A319 Aircraft, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A319 Aircraft in accordance with the Propulsion Systems Price Revision Formula; and
(iv) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the A319 Aircraft.
3.2.2 The Final Contract Price of an A320 Aircraft will be the sum of:
(i) the Base Price of the A320 Airframe, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A320 Aircraft in accordance with the Seller Price Revision Formula;
(ii) the price of any SCNs for the A320 Aircraft entered into after the date of signature of this Agreement, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A320 Aircraft in accordance with the Seller Price Revision Formula;
(iii) the Reference Price of the A320 Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such A320 Aircraft, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A320 Aircraft in accordance with the Propulsion Systems Price Revision Formula; and
(iv) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the A320 Aircraft.
3.2.3 The Final Contract Price of an A321 Aircraft will be the sum of
(i) the Base Price of the A321 Airframe, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A321 Aircraft in accordance with the Seller Price Revision Formula;
(ii) the price of any SCNs for the A321 Aircraft entered into after the date of signature of this Agreement, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A321 Aircraft in accordance with the Seller Price Revision Formula;
(iii) the Reference Price of the A321 Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such A321 Aircraft, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such A321 Aircraft in accordance with the Propulsion Systems Price Revision Formula; and
(iv) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the...
Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft will be the sum of:
(i) the Base Price of the Amendment 7 A319 Airframe constituting a part of such Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft in accordance with Subparagraph 4.2.A.3.2 above to this Amendment;
(ii) the price (as of delivery conditions prevailing in January 2003) of any SCNs constituting a part of such Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft that are entered into pursuant to Clause 3 after the date AWE - A318/A320 AM7 - 9 of execution of this Amendment, is quoted at delivery conditions prevailing in January 2003 and will be escalated up to the actual date of delivery of such Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft in accordance with the Amendment 7 Aircraft Price Revision Formula as set forth in Exhibit D-2 to this Amendment;
(iii) the V2524-A5 Reference Price of the installed Amendment 7 A319 Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft in accordance with Subparagraph 4.2.A.3.3 above to this Amendment; and
(iv) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement as amended and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft and specifically making reference to the Final Contract Price of an Amendment 7 A319 Aircraft.
Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an Aircraft will be the sum of:
(i) the Base Price of the Airframe constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement;
(ii) the price (as of delivery conditions prevailing in January 1996) of any SCNs constituting a part of such Aircraft that are entered into pursuant to Clause 3 after the date of execution of this Agreement, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement;
(iii) the Reference Price of the installed Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.2 of this Agreement; and
(iv) any other adjustment resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Aircraft and specifically stating that such adjustment is to be included in or taken into account in the Final Contract Price of an Aircraft, such as the Seller's purchase of Buyer Furnished Equipment from the Buyer.
Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an Aircraft will be the sum of:
(i) the Base Price of the Airframe constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement;
(ii) the price (as of delivery conditions prevailing in January 1998), of any SCNs constituting a part of such Aircraft that are entered into pursuant to Clause 3 (excluding Subclause 3.4) after the date of execution of this Agreement, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement;
(iii) the Reference Price of the installed Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.2 of this Agreement;
(iv) the Base Price of the nacelles and thrust reversers constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement; and
(v) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between Northwest and AVSA relating to the Aircraft and specifically making reference to the Final Contract Price of an Aircraft.
Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of Amendment 14 A320 Aircraft will be the sum of:
(iii) and
(iv) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement as amended and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Amendment 14 A320 Aircraft and specifically making reference to the Final Contract Price of an Amendment 14 A320 Aircraft.
Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an Aircraft will be the sum of:
(i) the Base Price of the Airframe, as adjusted to the applicable Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with the Seller Price Revision Formula;
(ii) the price of any SCNs for the Airframe entered into after the date of signature of this Agreement, as adjusted to the Delivery Date in accordance with the Seller Price Revision Formula;
(iii) the Propulsion Systems Reference Price as revised as of the Delivery Date in accordance with Clause 4.2;
(iv) the price of any SCNs for the Propulsion Systems Reference Price entered into after the date of signature of this Agreement, as adjusted to the Delivery Date in accordance with the Propulsion Systems Price Revision Formula; and
(v) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Aircraft.
Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an A320 NEO Family Aircraft will be the sum of:
(i) the Base Price of the Airframe constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with sub-Clause 5.1 of this Agreement;
(ii) the price (as of delivery conditions prevailing in January 2010) of any SCNs constituting a part of such Aircraft that are entered into pursuant to Clause 3 after the date of execution of this Agreement, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with sub-Clause 5.1 of this Agreement;
(iii) the Reference Price of the installed Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such Aircraft as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with sub-Clause 5.2 of this Agreement; and
(iv) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Aircraft and specifically making reference to the Final Contract Price of an Aircraft.

Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an Aircraft shall be the sum of:
(i) the Base Price of the Airframe constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 4.1; and
(ii) the price (as of delivery conditions prevailing in [***] of any SCNs or MSCN constituting a part of the Specification of such Aircraft that are entered into pursuant to Subclause 2.2 after the date of execution of the Agreement, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 4.1; and
(iii) the Propulsion System Reference Price constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 4.2; and
(iv) the aggregate of all increases or decreases to the Propulsion System Reference Price as agreed in any Specification Change Notice or part thereof applicable to the Propulsion System that are entered into after the date of the Agreement as adjusted to the Delivery Date in accordance with Subclause 4.2; and
(v) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of the Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Aircraft and specifically making reference to the Final Contract Price of an Aircraft.
