Final Decision, Judicial Review. i. The written decision of the hearing officer shall be the final decision within the City's administrative process. ii. Either party may appeal the decision of the hearing officer to the Superior Court according to the procedures and subject to the standards provided in Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.5 by filing a writ of administrative mandamus.
