Final Reconciliation and Adjustments. For each Sub-project, following delivery of the completed Declaration of Sub-project Completion, confirming achievement of Sub-project Completion, the Final Progress Report and last Outcomes Progress Report, the Parties will jointly carry out a final reconciliation of all requests for payments and payments in respect of the Sub-project and make any adjustments required in the circumstances.
