Final Statement of Account. 41.1. Not later than 45 days after the issue of the Certificate of Final Completion in accordance with article 51, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a draft final statement of account with supporting documents showing in detail the value of the work done in accordance with the Contract, together with all further sums which the Contractor considers to be due to him under the Contract in order to enable the Engineer to prepare the final statement of account.
Final Statement of Account. As promptly as possible after dissolution, the liquidation shall cause a final statement of account to be prepared, which shall show with respect to each Venturer, the status of such Venturer’s Capital Account and the amount, if any, owing to the Joint Venture. Such statement of each Venturer’s Capital Account shall reflect all the allocations provided in Article VIII hereof and the allocations to the Capital Accounts set forth in Sections 9.4.3 and 9.4.4 hereof.
Final Statement of Account. As promptly as possible after dissolution, cause a final statement of account to be prepared, which shall show with respect to each Partner the status of such Partner's Capital Account. Such statement of each Partner's Capital Account shall reflect the allocations set forth in Article VI and the allocation of the gain and losses to the Capital Accounts as provided in subsection (b) above.
