Final Survey. A final Survey acceptable to the Agent showing the as-built location of the completed Improvements.
Final Survey. Final Survey. The Administrative Agent shall have received a satisfactory final as-built Survey of the Project demonstrating that the Project has all real property interests required by the Financing Documents and showing no Liens other than Permitted Liens.
Final Survey. Final Surveys of the Hotel/Casino Property and the Adjacent Property acceptable to Lender showing the as-built location of the completed Project Improvements (all of which shall be within lot lines of the real property comprising a portion of the applicable Property and in compliance with all set-back requirements) and all easements appurtenant thereto.

Final Survey. A final as-built ALTA/ACSM Class A survey (the "Final Survey"), prepared by the Surveyor or another independent, licensed registered public land surveyor (reasonably satisfactory to Owner and Assignee) and certified to and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Owner and any Assignee, with a metes and bounds description of the perimeter of the Premises, and showing the completed Project, all servient and beneficial easements pertaining to the Premises, and indicating the location of access to the Premises. No encroachments are to exist by the Project onto premises outside the boundary lines of the Premises or by existing improvements located on adjacent premises onto the Premises other than those that are Permitted Liens or that may have been consented to by Owner and Assignee and all set-back requirements have been complied with. If any discrepancies exist between the legal description set forth on the Survey delivered pursuant to paragraph (b) of Section 9.24 hereof and the legal description set forth on the Final Survey delivered pursuant to this paragraph (g), Owner and Agent shall cooperate in amending the legal descriptions in all recorded documents creating or affecting the Premises, including, without limitation, any Easements, to reflect the correct as-built description.
Final Survey. With respect to the final Advance of the Loans, if then prepared and available, receipt by Agent of a final Survey reasonably acceptable to Agent showing the as built location of the Project (and if not so prepared and available Borrower hereby covenants to deliver such Survey to Agent within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date of the final Advance).
Final Survey. In connection with the final Building Loan Advance, a final Survey acceptable to Lender showing the as-built location of the completed Improvements (all of which shall be within lot lines of the Land and in compliance with all set-back requirements) and all easements appurtenant thereto.
Final Survey. Final executed versions of the Survey for the Project Facility Site reflecting the “as-built” condition of the Project, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each Lender and satisfactory to the Title Insurance Company, dated no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the Conversion Date and showing no encroachment or encumbrance other than those consented to in writing by the Lenders and showing compliance with all setback requirements.
Final Survey. The Company will deliver to the Bank within 60 days after the Date of Substantial Completion an Update of the Survey, dated no earlier than the Date of Substantial Completion, with a certification that no encroachments exist by the Improvements or on the Premises other than those shown on the Survey and consented to, in writing, by the Bank, and indicating the completed Improvements, the dimensions thereof at ground surface level, the distance therefrom to the facing exterior property lines and other buildings and any set-back lines, the location of access to the Project and all utility, water and other easements directly affecting the Project.
