Financial Reporting Under ERISA. The Named Fiduciary shall if required by ERISA cause the Plan to engage, on behalf of the Participants, an independent qualified public accountant, who shall conduct such examinations and give such opinions as are required in connection with the Plan’s reporting and filing requirements under ERISA. The Named Fiduciary shall make available or cause to be made available to each Participant and each beneficiary who is receiving benefits under this Plan, such information, financial and otherwise, and in such manner and at such times as is required under ERISA.
