Financial Staffing Plan. (A) Borrower shall by April 16, 2021, deliver to the Administrative Agent a plan for the engagement of financial staff that is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (the “Financial Staffing Plan”). (B) Borrower shall by June 16, 2021, implement and appoint staff in accordance with the Financial Staffing Plan.
