Common use of Finder’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Finder’s Fees. No person is, or will be, entitled to any commission or finder's fees from Stockholder in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby exclusive of any commission or finder's fees referred to in the Merger Agreement.

Finder’s Fees. No person is, or will be, entitled to any commission or finder's fees fee from Stockholder Saturn or Merger Sub in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby exclusive of any commission or finder's fees referred to in the Merger Agreement.
