Fines. For purposes of this Agreement, references to “fines” includes any excise taxes assessed on a person with respect to any employee benefit plan.
Fines. If Tenant defaults under any of the Lease terms specified below, Director may elect to impose the fines described below on the basis of per violation per day: Violation of Premises Clause 1 $100 Violation of Use Section 3 $300 Failure to open Facility by Rent Commencement Date 2.3 $500 Failure to cause operations or Premises to comply with Laws 3.13 $100 Failure to submit required documents and reports, including Sales Reports 4.4, 4.5, and others $100 Construction or Alterations without City approval 7 $100 Failure to make required repairs 9 $300 Unauthorized advertising or signage 10 $100 Failure to obtain/maintain insurance 12 $300 Failure to obtain or maintain Deposit 13 $300 Failure to abide by any other term in this Lease $300 Director’s right to impose the foregoing Fines shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any and all other rights hereunder, in the Airport Rules, or at law or in equity. Fines. Fines are often issued for, but not limited to, tampering with fire safety equipment, and property damages. All fines are set at the discretion of the Residence Life staff. Residence Life staff have the authority to issue floor/ community fines to all members when responsibility for behaviour and/or damage in the community is not assumed by the individual(s) responsible. If deemed appropriate, the Residence Life Co-ordinator will levy a fine in writing and the fine will be applied to your student account through Quest. Academic marks and other processes will be withheld until all fines have been paid.

Fines. Fines, penalties, forfeitures, impounds, court costs and other expenses, if assessed against Lessor with respect to use of the Rental Vehicle by Renter while on rental to Renter, unless solely due to Lessor’s fault.

Fines. (a) Any fines, penalties or other costs incurred by either Party or such Party’s agents, employees or subcontractors for non-compliance by such Party, its agents, employees or subcontractors with the requirements of any Laws or Governmental Approvals shall not be reimbursed by the other Party but shall be the sole responsibility of such non-complying Party.
(b) If such fines, penalties or other costs are assessed against Purchaser by any Government Agency or court of competent jurisdiction due solely to the non-compliance by Seller with any Laws or Governmental Approvals, Seller shall indemnify and hold harmless Purchaser against any and all losses, liabilities, damages and claims suffered or incurred because of the failure of Seller to comply therewith. Seller shall also reimburse Purchaser for any and all legal or other expenses (including attorneys’ fees) reasonably incurred by Purchaser in connection with such losses, liabilities, damages and claims.
(c) If such fines, penalties or other costs are assessed against Seller by any Government Agency or court of competent jurisdiction due solely to the non-compliance by Purchaser with any Laws or Governmental Approvals, Purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Seller against any and all losses, liabilities, damages and claims suffered or incurred because of the failure of Purchaser to comply therewith. Purchaser shall also reimburse Seller for any and all legal or other expenses (including attorneys’ fees) reasonably incurred by Seller in connection with such losses, liabilities, damages and claims.
