Fire Curtain. The Theatre Department requires that the plane of the fire curtain in the Xxxxxxxx Theater remain clear of obstructions. Should a fire occur in the venue, it is the responsibility of the producing party to immediately lower the fire curtain using one of the activation handles on each side of the stage proscenium.

Fire Curtain. The City requires that the plane of the fire curtains remain clear of obstruction. Should a fire occur in the Theater while occupied by LCT or the City or its employees or its rental tenants, it is the responsibility of LCT or the City or its employees or its rental tenants to immediately lower the fire curtain using the activation handle. It is the responsibility of LCT to train its stage management, stage crew and the City to train its employees, and rental tenants regarding the fire curtain’s proper operation.

Fire Curtain. The operation of the fire curtain (main curtain) in the Auditorium at the Annex cannot be impeded in any way. Nothing can be placed in the path of the fire curtain for any purpose during an audience event. No combustible scenery can be placed downstage of the fire curtain for an event.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner.
