Common use of Fire Sprinkler System Clause in Contracts

Fire Sprinkler System. If the building requires a fire sprinkler system, tenants must be made aware of the existence or nonexistence of the fire sprinkler system before moving into a residential unit. This must be printed in not less than twelve-point boldface type in a singular font. If there is a sprinkler system in the building, the Landlord shall provide the last date of inspection in at least twelve-point boldface type in a uniform font. This is to satisfy § 47a-3f(b) of the Connecticut State Legislature.
