FIREWORKS DISPLAY. Xxxxx and/or its subcontractors or agents shall furnish and shoot the fireworks show at the Event Location on the Event Date specified above. Xxxxx shall provide properly trained and experienced operators to set up and shoot the Fireworks Display in substantial conformance with the requirements of NFPA 1123-2006 edition (“NFPA 1123”) and applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and ordinances (“Law”).
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. IMPACT PYRO agrees to furnish to CUSTOMER a fireworks display (hereinafter referred to as SHOW) pursuant to proposal number 240608-ASHLANDCITY-1.3, dated January 08, 2024 and per specifications and requirements provided by CUSTOMER. The SHOW will take place on June 08, 2024 at the Xxxx X. Xxxxx Recreation Area off Tennessee Waltz Parkway unless IMPACT PYRO or CUSTOMER shall determine that weather conditions (or other hazards) prohibit IMPACT PYRO from proceeding with the SHOW; in which case, IMPACT PYRO agrees to present the SHOW on a mutually agreed upon future date. In the event that conditions do not allow the SHOW to proceed on the scheduled date, CUSTOMER shall remit the actual expenses IMPACT PYRO may incur in presenting the SHOW on subsequent occasion. If in anticipation of inclement weather or other foreseen dangerous conditions, the SHOW is postponed prior to delivery of product/equipment and setup of SHOW, additional expenses will be considered zero and there will be no additional charge for presenting SHOW on future date.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. The Proposer shall design and furnish a custom aerial fireworks display consisting of a grand opening, aerial display and grand finale. The Fireworks Display to be provided by the Proposer shall include all DocuSign Envelope ID: 046FD977-F8DF-48F6-8EEE-FF54C62DCEF6 July 4th Fireworks Display – RFP # 2023-22 labor, equipment, materials, and other miscellaneous items necessary to provide a first-class aerial fireworks display of at least 30-minute duration, and includes transportation, set-up, firing, and clean-up of the area. Proposer agrees that all Services will be performed in a professional manner by trained and qualified employees and contractors. The Proposer shall describe in its proposal the offered Fireworks Display (grand opening, main program, and grand finale). Proposer shall also describe in its Proposal the timing of Fireworks Display and what constitutes dead time or a delay in firing and what adjustments to the Proposal Price or Fee shall be made for significant delay to the start of the Fireworks Display or excessive dead time. The Fireworks Display is to be shot electrically and the proposal shall include expanded requirements for electrical firing systems and equipment. The proposer shall describe in its proposal the alternative method(s) it would use to complete the Fireworks Display in the event of a fault in the system. The Proposer shall offer a variety of shell types. The Proposer shall include in its proposal a complete list describing all of the shell types offered and include quantity, item/description, and size of shell or effect. All firework shells and boxes shall be clearly marked for identification, including size and what shells contain multiple projections so that inventory can be confirmed prior to set- up. All types of firework shells used shall have been tested and assigned “EX” numbers by the appropriate regulatory agency.

FIREWORKS DISPLAY. Sky Wonder Pyrotechnics shall furnish and deliver to Sponsor certain fireworks which Sky Wonder Pyrotechnics agrees to exhibit and display on July 3, 2021 @ 9:20PM in accordance with the program set forth and agreed upon at the time of the signing of this Contract, the specifics of which are set forth in this Contract.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. PYRO SHOWS agrees to furnish to customer a firework display (hereinafter "Show") pursuant to our contract #15AL07-04CUST23000-0323 dated this 8th Day of June 2015. The show will be given on the 4th Day of July 2015. The show duration will be approximately 15 minutes.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. An entertainment feature at which the public or a private group is admitted or permitted to view the display or discharge of fireworks.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. PYRO SHOWS agrees to furnish to customer a firework display (hereinafter "Show") pursuant to the display #19AL07-04-C-30278-000198 dated this 6th day of March 2019. The show will be given on the 4th day of July 2019. Contract is for 3rd year of a five-year term (2017-2021). The schedule of pricing is in Addendum B on page four (4) of this document.

Contractor shall discharge the Fireworks Display in a manner consistent with generally accepted practices in the fireworks display industry in the United States, and in accordance with those practices conforming with local and state laws and regulations.
