Common use of FIRM DISCOUNT AND PRICING STRUCTURE Clause in Contracts

FIRM DISCOUNT AND PRICING STRUCTURE. Subrecipient agrees that no price increases shall be passed along to the County during the term of this Contract not otherwise specified and provided for within this Contract. In the event the contract is terminated, the County shall continue to be entitled to purchase a license for the use of the software at the applicable license fee being charged by Subrecipient at such time and with such stand-alone user support options available at that time, upon until successful completion of competitive procurement which complies with any applicable federal, state, and local policies.
