Common use of Firm Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Firm Purchase Price. The purchase price for the Firm Shares (the “Firm Purchase Price”) shall be an amount equal to the difference between (i) the aggregate proceeds to Purchaser from the sale of the Firm Securities and (ii) the aggregate cost to Purchaser, as notified by Purchaser to Seller at the First Time of Delivery, of the Initial Treasury Securities.
