Common use of Firm’s Discretion Clause in Contracts

Firm’s Discretion. The Firm has the full discretion to determine whether or not to accept any order from you for a trade in an Option. The Firm may execute orders for you acting as principal on the other side of a transaction or as part of larger transactions for you and others. The Firm may also act for other clients on the other side of a transaction as we may consider advisable, subject, however, to the rules of the applicable exchange.
