Firmware or Software. MVWC acknowledges that it will acquire no right, title or interest (including any license rights or rights of use) in any firmware or software, and the licenses therefor which are owned by MII or its Affiliates, as applicable, by reason of the provision of the Transition Services provided hereunder, except to the extent that any such license rights or rights of use are provided for in a written agreement signed by MII and MVWC.
