Fiscal Year Restrictions. In order to be reimbursed under this Contract, costs must be incurred during the Contract Period and within the time limits applicable to the funds from which the Contract is being paid. TCEQ is under no obligation to offer deadline extensions which extend to the maximum availability of the contract funding source.
