Fiscal Year; Taxable Year. The fiscal year of the Partnership for financial accounting purposes and the taxable year of the Partnership for income tax purposes shall be the Fiscal Year, unless the General Partner shall determine otherwise in its sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.
