Flexibility to Open/Close Schools and to Change the Student Instruction Delivery Model. The District reserves the right to make the decision to open, close or reopen District schools or classrooms using Plan A, B or C. The assigned work may be performed at a location other than their regular work place. The District will consider the personal medical needs of the employee, their immediate family (as defined in the CSEA contract), or same household members. If an employee indicates their refusal to perform assigned duties, related to a medical condition, an interactive process meeting will occur to determine whether reasonable accommodations can be made. This process will be initiated by the employee who will contact the Human Resources Department.

Unit members will be notified by email, electronic communication, or phone about any school closures or transition between plans, including any decisions to extend school closures once they commence. Unit members shall receive at least 14 calendar days’ notice prior to the transition to hybrid or in-person instruction. Upon return to hybrid or in-person instruction, the Parties will reconvene to discuss job assignments for unit members to serve students who remain in the online learning model.

The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use.
