Flight Information. Manager will provide information on weather and other conditions that could reasonably be expected to affect a requested flight.
Flight Information. Great Lakes shall use reasonable efforts to keep current flight following information for F9* designated flights operated by Great Lakes for display in the Frontier reservation system. This information shall be updated regularly by Great Lakes.
Flight Information. Lessee will provide Company with requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of any given flight as possible. Requests for flight time shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by the parties. In addition to the proposed schedules and flight times, Lessee shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight prior to scheduled departure as required by the Company or Company's flight crew:
(a) proposed departure point;
(b) destination;
(c) date and time of flight;
(d) the number, name, and relationship to the Lessee of anticipated passengers;
(e) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried;
(f) the date and time of return flight, if any; and
(g) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Company or Company's flight crew.
Flight Information. You are required to provide flight details for the arrival and departure flights at least one week before the flight.
Flight Information. A Lessee will provide Lessor with requests for flights and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of any given flight as possible, and in any case, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of Lessee’s planned initial departure. Requests for flights shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by the parties and unless accepted by Lessor, shall be deemed rejected. In addition to the proposed schedules and flight times, a Lessee shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight at some time prior to scheduled departure as specified by Lessor or Lessor’s flight crew:
(a) proposed departure point;
(b) any intermediate stops;
(c) final destination;
(d) date and time of flight;
(e) the number of anticipated passengers, including, if required by aviation security regulations, the names of such passenger and such personal identification information as my be required by any applicable security, immigration or customs regulations;
(f) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried;
(g) the date and time of return flight, if any;
(h) any requests for special services (such as special catering, ground transportation, or security arrangements) that may be required in conjunction with the flight(s); and
(i) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Lessor or Lessor’s flight crew.

Lessee will provide Company with requests for flights and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of any given flight as possible, and in any case, at least two (2) business days in advance of Xxxxxx's planned departure (unless Company agrees to a shorter notice in a particular case in its discretion). Requests for flights shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by the parties. In addition to the proposed schedules and flight times, Lessee shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight as far in advance of departure as practicable:
(a) proposed departure point;
(b) proposed destination;
(c) proposed date and time of flight;
(d) the name and relationship to Lessee of all anticipated passengers;
(e) the nature and extent of any luggage and/or cargo to be carried;
(f) the proposed date and time of return flight, if any; and
(g) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Company or Company’s flight crew.

Flight Information. Lessee will provide Lessor with any information reasonably required by Lessor with respect to any proposed flight pursuant to this Agreement.
Flight Information. ZK and UA will evaluate procedures for exchanging and updating FLIFO information in each other's systems. Procedures and responsibility will be determined and mutually agreed by the Carriers.
