Regardless of the payment terms pertaining to any Loans or anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, if at the time of any determination, the sum of Reseller’s total outstanding Loan Obligations exceeds the Borrowing Base, Reseller will immediately pay to Administrative Agents the sum of such excess.
