Common use of Flow Down Requirement Clause in Contracts

Flow Down Requirement. The Recipient agrees to apply the terms and conditions of this Award, as applicable, including the Intellectual Property Provisions, to all subrecipients (and subcontractors, as appropriate) as required by 2 CFR 200.101 and to require their strict compliance therewith. Further, the Recipient must apply the Award terms as required by 2 CFR 200.326 to all subrecipients (and subcontractors, as appropriate) and to require their strict compliance therewith.
