FOOD AND CONCESSIONS. 1. If the performance of Show is scheduled at or in a place where food and/or beverages are served, no food or beverages shall be served during Show’s performance. 2. If the Show travels with merchandise, Presenter will provide an area in the lobby with two (2) 6’ banquet tables, 4 chairs and sufficient room to accommodate Show’s merchandise display case (10’ wide x 4’ deep). Show merchandise will be sold one hour prior to, during intermission and after each performance. Promoter will also provide the necessary staff to handle sales, cash and credit transactions. Accurate accounting of each performance will be reconciled with Show’s Company Manager after the final performance of each week. 1. Please mail (or e-mail) a copy of the following items to Producers\’s PSM at least 60 days prior to the engagement: Ø Current hanging plot / line set schedule X Xxxxxx weight limits Ø Complete and detailed ground plan and section of the stage (in scale) Ø Information on ANY/ALL obstructions or hanging goods that cannot be moved Ø A drawing of the dressing room layout 2. We still request all basic information for the venue, even if we have performed a Live 305 Entertainment show in your Venue before. We do not want to make any assumptions and the Venue might have undergone changes that we are not aware of. Each one of our company brand touring productions are uniquely different and require different specifications. 3. Before the start of the Load-In, all areas of the stage fly system, backstage, loading docks, dressing rooms, orchestra pit and storage areas pertinent to the production must be completely clear and swept clean. 4. A minimum of one (1) atmospheric hazers and (2) smoke machines are used for the performance. Any local restrictions need to be related to the Artist’s personnel in advance. Disablement of particle detectors, smoke detectors, and or fire watch personnel are required to be fulfilled by Presenter prior to the commencement of the Load-In. Hazer will not need to be tested / run until shift 2 begins (see labor schedule section for more info). It is the sole responsibility of the local Presenter to secure any and all required local permits needed. Presenter is responsible for any and all cost associated with show’s use of haze in regard to Fire Laws and personal. 5. The production travels with one (1) 24’-foot-trailer. FOOD AND CONCESSIONS. If the Lessee is selling or serving food at the event, the Lessee must obtain all required licenses and permits from the relevant provincial, regional and municipal authorities, including without limitation the York Region Public Health Services Department. Proof of the application submission and copies of the issued licenses and permits must be provided to the Lessor at least ten (10) days prior to the event.
FOOD AND CONCESSIONS. Permittee are allowed up to two (2) food trucks for their activities. These food trucks must fulfil the city’s required food truck permitting process. The Pavilion #2 will be available for permittee to use for concession purposes.

  • Food and Beverages No Exhibitor shall sell or distribute food or beverages of any type without the express, written consent of Management and/or Center.

(3) An employer must ensure that water, fruit juice or other such drinks are readily available at all times to each child.

  • The Concession 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, Maha-Metro hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to develop/construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) for a period of 60 (sixty) years commencing from the Effective Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein; 3.1.2 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Concession hereby granted shall oblige or entitle (as the case may be) the Concessionaire to: (a) Right of Way, access and lease rights to the Project Site for the purpose of and to the extent conferred by the provisions of this Agreement; (b) to design, engineer, finance, procure and construct the Project; (c) manage, operate and maintain the Project and regulate the use thereof by third parties; (d) demand, collect and appropriate revenue from the Users for using the Project Assets or any part thereof; (e) perform and fulfil all the Concessionaire’s obligations under and in accordance with this Agreement; (f) bear and pay all costs, expenses and charges in connection with or incidental to the performance of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement; and (g) neither assign, transfer or sublet or create any lien or Encumbrance on this Agreement, or the Concession hereby granted or on the whole or any part of the Project nor transfer, lease or part possession thereof, save and except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. 3.1.3 The Concession Period shall commence on the Effective Date and shall end on the Transfer Date.

  • Concessions Given current market conditions, the State is very interested in acquiring market concessions for this transaction. Any concessions, especially the timing of such, will be a major factor in assessing proposals received. Concessions may include reduced rent, free rent, moving allowances or any other item you are willing to incorporate into the proposal. Clearly a combination of these items may be included also.

  • Concession A concession by the Borrower, after applicable notice and cure periods, under any one or more obligations in an aggregate monetary amount in excess of $100,000.

  • Sub-licensing Nuvectis may grant sub-licences (through multiple tiers) of its rights under this Agreement, provided that: (1) the granting of any sub-licences shall not relieve Nuvectis of any obligations or duties imposed on it under this Agreement; (2) it shall not grant or allow the grant of any sub-licences to (i) a tobacco company (being any entity identified as such in the Cancer Research UK Code of Practice on Tobacco Industry Funding to Universities); or (ii) a party which is actively and/or currently engaged in the manufacture, production or sale of weapons or ammunition; (3) subject to the provisions of Clause 2.5, such sub-licence shall be on arm’s length commercial terms reflecting the market value of the rights granted; (4) [***]; (5) [***]; (6) Nuvectis shall ensure that there are included in any sub-licence terms which shall enable Nuvectis to comply with its obligations under this Agreement; (7) subject to the provisions of clause 12.6, each sub-licence shall, and shall be expressed in each sub-licence agreement to, terminate automatically upon termination of the license under clause 2.1 and/or any commercial licence to the Collaboration Option IP; (8) [***]; (9) it shall diligently collect all amounts due under each sub-licence; (10) Nuvectis shall ensure that each Sub-Licence does not prohibit Nuvectis’s grant and the implementation of any [***] hereunder; (11) it shall be responsible for any breach of the sub-licence by the Sub-Licensee of Licensed Products and/or Additional Licensed Products, as if the breach had been that of Nuvectis under this Agreement; (12) the grant of any sub-licence shall be without prejudice to Nuvectis’s obligations under this Agreement. Any act or omission of any Sub-Licensee which, if it were the act or omission of Nuvectis would be a breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, will be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement by Nuvectis who will be liable to the University accordingly; (13) the obligations in Clause 2.4 (3), (4), (5), (6) (excluding the development and commercialisation obligations set out in Clause 5.1), (8) and (9) shall not apply in relation to agreements that Nuvectis and/or a Sub-Licensee enters into with Third Party Service Providers, provided that: (a) such agreements relate to the provision of research, development and/or manufacturing services to Nuvectis and/or a Sub-Licensee in connection with Licensed Products and/or Additional Licensed Products; and (b) no rights are granted to such Third Party Service Providers to: (i) research, develop or manufacture its own products; and/or (ii) sell the Licensed Products and/or Additional Licensed Products; (14) each subclause of this Clause 2.4 shall apply to each tier of sub-licence unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Sales Charges and Concessions On each purchase of Shares by you (but not including the reinvestment of any dividends or distributions), you shall be entitled to receive such dealer allowances, concessions, sales charges or other compensation, if any, as may be set forth in the Prospectus. Sales charge reductions and discounts may be available as provided in the Prospectus. To obtain any such reductions, the Company or its transfer agent must be notified promptly when a transaction or transactions would qualify for the reduced charge and you must submit information that is sufficient (in the discretion of the Company) to substantiate qualification therefor. The foregoing shall include advising us of any Letter of Intent signed by your customer or of any Right of Accumulation available to such customer. If you fail to so advise the Fund, you will be liable for the return of any commissions plus interest thereon. Rights of accumulation (including rights under a Letter of Intent) are available, if at all, only as set forth in the Prospectus, and you authorize any adjustment to your account (and will be liable for any refund) to the extent any allowance, discount or concession is made and the conditions therefor are not fulfilled. Each price is always subject to confirmation, and will be based upon the net asset value next determined after receipt of an order that is in good form. If any Shares purchased are tendered for redemption or repurchased by the Fund for any reason within seven business days after confirmation of the purchase order for such Shares, you agree to promptly refund the full sales load or other concession and you will forfeit the right to receive any compensation allowable or payable to you on such Shares. The Fund reserves the right to waive sales charges. You represent to us that you are eligible to receive any such sales charges and concessions paid to you by us under this section.

  • Licensing The Subrecipient, unless otherwise exempted by law, shall obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, and authority necessary to perform those acts it is obligated to perform under this Agreement.
