Food Service. CONTRACTOR shall provide a food service program in compliance with the FDC rules, policies and procedures and Section 957.04(1)(f), F.S. CONTRACTOR is required to be responsible for a variety of services including a diet at least equal to those provided by the FDC in comparable facilities. 5.25.1. CONTRACTOR shall provide all food, staffing, and supervision of preparation for the total delivery of food service at the Facility. CONTRACTOR shall provide a full-service kitchen with separate dining rooms for inmates and staff.
