Common use of Footwear Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Footwear Reimbursement. Effective on the first (1st) of the month following ratification of the tentative agreement or upon receipt of an interest arbitration award, employees shall be eligible to receive a reimbursement for up to two hundred dollars ($200) per biennium in receipted costs for footwear that meets all of the requirements contained in Agency Policy 20.1.6 (Footwear).

Footwear Reimbursement. a.
