For Educational Purposes Sample Clauses

The 'For Educational Purposes' clause defines that the materials, information, or services provided under the agreement are intended solely for use in educational settings or activities. This clause typically restricts the use of such resources to teaching, learning, research, or academic study, and prohibits their use for commercial, professional, or other non-educational purposes. By clearly limiting the scope of use, the clause helps prevent misuse or unauthorized exploitation of educational content, ensuring that the resources are used as intended and protecting the provider's intellectual property rights.
