Common use of For Work Performed by a Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

For Work Performed by a Subcontractor. a. A cover letter signed by the Grantee’s Agreement Manager certifying that the payments claimed for the deliverables were specifically for the project, as described in this Scope of Work; b. Copies of paid invoices submitted to Grantee by the Subcontractor that show the hourly rate of pay charged for the work performed, the actual hours expended on the work performed, and any expenses incurred by the subcontractor in performing said work; and c. Proof of payment of invoices submitted to Grantee by the Subcontractor for work performed pursuant to this Agreement (e.g., cancelled checks, bank statement showing deduction).
