Common use of Foreign Pledge Agreements Clause in Contracts

Foreign Pledge Agreements. All Foreign Pledge Agreements shall have been duly executed and delivered by all parties thereto and shall remain in full force and effect, and all Liens granted to the Administrative Agent thereunder shall be duly perfected to provide the Administrative Agent with a security interest in and Lien on all collateral granted thereunder free and clear of other Liens, except to the extent consented to by the Administrative Agent.

Foreign Pledge Agreements. All Foreign Pledge Agreements shall have been duly executed and delivered by all parties thereto and shall remain in full force and effect, and all Liens granted to the Administrative Agent thereunder shall be duly perfected to provide the Administrative Agent with a security interest in and Lien on all collateral granted thereunder free and clear of other Liens, except to the extent consented to by the Administrative AgentAgents.
