Common use of Forfeiture of Recall Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Recall. A nurse shall forfeit further recall rights by failing to respond to the Hospital regarding intent to return to work within five (5) calendar days after the date recall notice is sent by certified mail to the nurse's last address on record with the Hospital.

Forfeiture of Recall. A nurse shall forfeit further recall rights by 20 failing to respond to the Hospital regarding intent to return to work within five (5) 21 calendar days after the date recall notice is sent by certified mail to the nurse's last 22 address on record with the Hospital.
