Form 8-K Filings. So long as the Seller is filing Exchange Act Reports with respect to the Issuer, the Owner Trustee shall promptly notify the Seller, but in no event later than four (4) Business Days after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event described in clause (e) of the definition thereof with respect to the Owner Trustee of which a Responsible Officer of the Owner Trustee has actual knowledge (other than a Reportable Event described in clause (e) of the definition thereof as to which the Seller or the Servicer has actual knowledge). The Owner Trustee shall be deemed to have actual knowledge of any such event solely to the extent that it relates to the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity or any action taken by the Owner Trustee (and not by someone else on its behalf) under this Agreement.
Form 8-K Filings. Each of the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer shall promptly notify the Seller, but in no event later than two (2) Business Days after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which the Servicer or a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee has actual knowledge (other than a Reportable Event described in clause (a) or (b) of the definition thereof as to which the Seller or the Servicer has actual knowledge). Each Person shall be deemed to have actual knowledge of any such event to the extent that it relates to such Person or any action or failure to act by such Person.
Form 8-K Filings. The Master Servicer shall prepare and file on behalf of the Trust Fund any Form 8-K required by the Exchange Act. Each Form 8-K must be signed by the Master Servicer. Each of the Master Servicer (and the Master Servicer shall cause any Subservicer to promptly notify) and the Trustee shall promptly notify the Depositor and the Master Servicer (if the notifying party is not the Master Servicer), but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which it has actual knowledge. Each Person shall be deemed to have actual knowledge of any such event to the extent that it relates to such Person or any action or failure to act by such Person. Concurrently with any transfer of Supplemental Mortgage Loans, if any, Countrywide shall notify the Depositor and the Master Servicer, if any material pool characteristic of the actual asset pool at the time of issuance of the Certificates differs by 5% or more (other than as a result of the pool assets converting into cash in accordance with their terms) from the description of the asset pool in the Prospectus Supplement.

Form 8-K Filings. The Servicer shall prepare and file on behalf of the Trust Fund any Form 8-K required by the Exchange Act. Each Form 8-K must be signed by the Servicer. Any reporting party identified on Exhibit T shall promptly notify the Depositor and the Servicer (if the notifying party is not the Servicer), but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which it has actual knowledge. Each Person shall be deemed to have actual knowledge of any such event to the extent that it relates to such Person or any action or failure to act by such Person.

The Indenture Trustee shall be deemed to have actual knowledge of any such event to the extent that it relates to the Indenture Trustee or any action or failure to act by the Indenture Trustee. The statements contained in the Servicing Criteria assessment and any other information with respect to Citibank, N.A. provided by Citibank, N.A. to the Seller or its affiliates under this Section 10.14 or Section 10.13 (excluding clause (b)(ii)) shall be referred to as the “Provided Information.”

Each Person shall have actual knowledge of any such event only to the extent that it relates to such Person or any action or failure to act by such Person.
Form 8-K Filings. The Master Servicer shall prepare and file on behalf of the Trust Fund any Form 8-K required by the Exchange Act. Each Form 8-K must be signed by the Master Servicer. Each of the Trustee and the Master Servicer shall (and the Master Servicer shall cause any Subservicer to), promptly notify the Depositor and the Master Servicer (if the notifying party is not the Master Servicer), but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event related to it, of which it has actual knowledge. The Master Servicer shall notify the Depositor if any material pool characteristic of the actual asset pool at the time of issuance of the Certificates differs by five percent or more (other than as a result of the pool assets converting into cash in accordance with their terms) from the description of the asset pool in the Prospectus Supplement.
