Common use of Form of Documentary Credits Clause in Contracts

Form of Documentary Credits. Each Documentary Credit (i) shall be dated the Issue Date, (ii) shall have an expiration date on a Business Day which occurs no more than 364 days after the Issue Date and not after the Relevant Repayment Date, and (iii) shall comply with the definition of Documentary Credit.
