A registration pursuant to this Section 2 shall be on such appropriate registration form of the Commission as shall (i) be selected by the Company and be reasonably acceptable to the Majority Selling Holders and (ii) permit the disposition of the Registrable Securities in accordance with the intended method or methods of disposition specified in the request pursuant to Section 2(a).
