FORM OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS. In consideration for the severance payments and other benefits provided for in the Executive Employment Agreement, effective as of October 3, 2016 (the “Employment Agreement”), I, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx hereby furnish Lion Biotechnologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) with the following release and waiver (the “Release and Waiver”).
