Form of Usage. 4.1.5.1 The CONTRACTOR must use the electronic business delivery form for all Ordered IT Products where the CUSTOMER includes with the Order, DEFFORM 30. Failure to provide this form will lead to greater resource effort, more input errors and delays in payment processes. 4.1.5.2 The electronic business delivery form, DEFFORM 129J, must accompany the package or consignment to which it applies. The CONTRACTOR must either: 4.1.5.2.1 attach the form as a label, directly to the package surface; or 4.1.5.2.2 forward the form in a document envelope, as provided in Clauses [4.1.6.1] and [4.1.6.2] of this Contract.
