Formal Dismissal Procedure. If it is determined that formal dismissal proceedings for dismissal should be initiated, the President, or designee, shall specify the grounds constituting sufficient cause for dismissal, serve written notice of the cause(s) to the affected faculty member and to the Association, and provide copies to the Dismissal Review Committee (DRC or the Committee).
