FORMAT REQUIREMENTS Clause Samples

This may include requirements such as file formats (e.g., PDF, Word), font size, margin settings, or the inclusion of certain sections or labeling conventions. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause ensures consistency, facilitates efficient review or processing, and helps prevent misunderstandings or rejections due to non-compliance with formatting rules.
