Forms for Deduction. Every Teacher who desires to authorize dues deduction shall complete a “Join Now” form. The form shall include a waiver of all rights and claims against the Board and the District, and the officers and agents thereof, for monies deducted and remitted to the Association, and an agreement that the District may continue to make such deductions and remittances from year to year.
