Forms of Instruments, Etc. The Bank has made, and shall make, available to the Acquiror copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents or a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by the Bank in the Ordinary Course of Business.

Provident State Bank has made and will make available to Summit copies of all of its standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, customer agreements, policies and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis in the ordinary course of business.

GBNK has made and will make available to IBG copies of all of GBNK’s and any GBNK Subsidiary’s standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis in the ordinary course of their respective business.
Forms of Instruments, Etc. HBI has made, and will make, available to TCB copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by HBI and its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of its business.

SBB will make available to Pacific upon written request copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by SBB and the SBB Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of their businesses.
