Forms of Instruments, Etc. The Bank has made, and will make, available to the Buyer copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by the Bank in the ordinary course of its business.

GBNK has made and will make available to IBG copies of all of GBNK’s and any GBNK Subsidiary’s standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis in the ordinary course of their respective business.
Forms of Instruments, Etc. HBI has made, and will make, available to TCB copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by HBI and its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of its business.

Provident State Bank has made and will make available to Summit copies of all of its standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, customer agreements, policies and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis in the ordinary course of business.
Forms of Instruments, Etc. Xxxxxxx has made, and will make, available to EQBK copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by Xxxxxxx and its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of its business.

CBI has made and will make available to IBG copies of all of CBI’s and any CBI Subsidiary’s standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis in the ordinary course of their respective business.
Forms of Instruments, Etc. SELLER has made, and will make, available to BUYER copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by FNB in the ordinary course of its business.
