Forwarding of Dues. The Employer shall remit to the Union all dues deducted on a monthly basis. The Employer shall supply the Union with an accompanying list with the names, addresses, classifications, membership status, Social Security Number, base wage rate and deduction amount for bargaining unit employees. The Employer will also provide the Union with the names of all bargaining unit employees terminated, who have retired, who are on leave, and who were hired in the intervening period.
