Forwarding Requests for Disclosure from Government to Physician Practice. Contractor shall forward all requests for the disclosure of Protected Health Information from a law enforcement or government official, or pursuant to a subpoena, other legal request or court or administrative order, to Physician Practice as soon as possible before making the requested disclosure, but no later than five (5) business days following its receipt of such request or order.
