Common use of Foundation Decision Clause in Contracts

Foundation Decision. On receipt of the information specified in Article 26.02, the Foundation will make such arrangements as are necessary to properly review the position and will provide a decision in writing, within ninety (90) calendar days of receipt of the completed Job Evaluation Questionnaire to the employee, the Union and the Foundation.
