Franchise Services. The prescribed percentages for the purposes of paragraphs 5(d)(i) and (ii) of Schedule 1.6 (Franchise Services) of the Terms are, respectively:
Franchise Services. The Franchisee may at all times during the Franchise Term provide and operate the Franchise Services specified in this Schedule 1.6 and the Passenger Services.
Franchise Services. Collection, disposal, Processing or otherwise handling all Solid Waste, including Refuse, Recyclable Materials, and Green Waste generated, deposited, or accumulated in the Service Area. This definition excludes the material types and services specified in Section 3.5.
Franchise Services. All services and assistance to be provided to ------------------ Franchisees by the franchiser under Franchise Agreements in connection with the development and operation of Units shall be provided by Master Licensee and such obligation of Master Licensee shall not be transferred, delegated or subcontracted to any other person or entity without Company's prior written approval, provided that Master Licensee shall remain ultimately responsible for all necessary assistance and services to be provided Franchisees under the Franchise Agreement. Master Licensee acknowledges that Company's approval in such case will be subject to, among other things, a proper accounting of all Franchise Fees and other payments made by Franchisees for such services and assistance and provision for payment to Company of its allocable portion of such Franchise Fees or other payments by Franchisees as determined by Company in its sole discretion.
Franchise Services. The Franchisee may at all times during the Franchise Term provide and operate the Franchise Services specified in this SCHEDULE 1.6 and the Passenger Services.
Franchise Services. In consideration of the reduced fee/royalty arrangement contemplated by the parties, Developer understands and agrees that the Company is not obligated to provide all of the standard franchise services that are generally provided to domestic locations of CD Warehouse Stores. Developer will also insure that notification of the lack of franchise services will be properly provided in writing to any third party or agent that may have an interest in joining Developer to open CD Warehouse Stores internationally.
Franchise Services. Franchise Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Company hereunder as stated in this Agreement. Company shall notify the City should there be more than a 24-hour delay in the service schedules included in this Agreement or as amended to this Agreement.

Franchise Services. All Franchisee’s obligations under this Master Franchise and the Service Franchises, including keeping records, giving reports, timely responding to County, to both of the following: 1. Customers; and 2. County Franchise Area 1A Franchise term 2A, including any extensions Franchise year January 1 – December 31. For example, see service fee adjustment in Attachment 8B. Franchisee Preamble and Xxxxxxxxxx’s successors and assigns. Franchisee Representative 15E2 (see Key Personnel) Guarantor, Guaranty The Guaranty Agreement attached to this Master Franchise as Exhibit 13B.
Franchise Services. 1.1 The Franchisee may at all times during the Franchise Term provide and operate the Franchise Services specified in this Schedule 1.1. The Franchisee is required to provide the Passenger Services that comply with the Service Level Commitment and (without prejudice to the other provisions of this Franchise Agreement) is permitted to provide other Franchise Services subject to the provisions of Part 1 of this Schedule 1.1.
1.2 The Franchisee shall not directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of the Secretary of State, carry on any business or activity other than the provision and operation of the Franchise Services.
1.3 Nothing in this Schedule 1.1 shall restrict any Affiliate of the Franchisee from having an interest in or participating in any business or activity.
1.4 The Franchisee shall not engage any Franchise Employee in any activity or business which it may not conduct or engage in under this Schedule 1.1.
