Freddie Mac Consent/Notice. Borrower shall provide prior written notice to Freddie Mac of any pending or proposed amendments to any Facility Documents or FC Modifications. Borrower shall provide Lender with evidence of Freddie Mac’s consent to any such amendment prior to executing such amendment.
